The Story

It is safer to use, performs consistently throughout its lifetime, and lasts longer than a wire brush. Use this Nyalox 3" Wheel Brush just like its wire brush equivalent on wood, metal, and other materials, but it will not shed its bristles or rust. The abrasive grain is impregnated in the bristles and works more like a power sander when removing wood, bark and old finishes. The 1/4" hex mandrel enables quick brush changes. The 3" wheel size is best suited as a substitute to whatever application you would use a 3" wire wheel to perform. Orange indicates 120 grit (medium) in the Nyalox color coding system. Max RPM: 2,500.
