At Woodcraft, we take pride in the artisanal quality of our furniture and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your handcrafted piece isn't the perfect fit for your home, we offer a 30-day return window for most items.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare for Shipping

  Carefully repackage the item in its original wooden crate or reinforced box with all protective padding to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Schedule a Pickup

  For large furniture pieces, we will coordinate with our specialized freight partners to schedule a convenient curbside collection from your residence.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our master craftsmen inspect the returned item at our workshop, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
