4" x 36" Belt / 6" Disc Sander - 1/2 HP

Rikon® 4" x 36" Belt / 6" Disc Sander - 1/2 HP - Model: 50-112, features a 6" low mount sanding disc which allows unobstructed access to full length of the belt bed. Normally sanders of this type have the disc protruding above the sanding belt causing the work piece to hit the back of the disc shroud. This machine has a sturdy cast iron base and rigid steel belt bed which provide vibration-fee operation. The large 9" x 6-1/4" disc table is slotted to fit a miter gauge (included). This sander is good for fine, detail work.
