Stainless Steel 6" Ruler

This hardened and tempered Stainless Steel 6" Flexible Ruler from Shinwa is made of SUS420J2 Stainless Steel and has a non-glare hard chrome coating. The black graduations are first photoetched and then colored using a black chrome plating process to create an easy to read marking that is much more durable than paint or ink marking using a laser. The ruler has both JIC and JCSS certification and is made to meet the requirements of JIS B75616 Grade 1. The squareness of the scale end face of the ruler with respect to the scale side is less than 0.0014" per 10mm of length of the scale end face. Graduations are 1/8", 1/16", 1/32", and 1/64".
