The Story
OEM replacement cutterheads for our WoodRiver® Ceramic Vegetable Peeler Turning Kits are constructed from zirconium oxide ceramic, which is second only to diamonds in hardness while remaining sharper longer than any steel. Replacement is simple: remove damaged cutter head, place one pin in the closed hole and slide the pin on the opposite side into the open notch. Ensure the cutting edge is in the correct position. Finish the replacement by inserting one of the clear silicone sleeves over the last pin installed. Sleeve will be installed through to outside of the opening and pressing in and over the pin.
